Radiology Consultant / System Analyst
This Radiology Consultant / System Analyst position is responsible for managing implementation planning, data acquisition, and deployment of the OpenVista Radiology Solution. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services. Annual travel is estimated at 70 percent. The selected candidate can work remotely.
Principle Responsibilities
- Manage the OpenVista Radiology deployment process, including involvement in responses to customer proposals, functional sales demonstrations, implementation planning, implementation methodology development, and successful transition to customer care
- Assist with other application solutions on an as-needed basis
- Utilize industry standard best practice methodologies for implementation, including incorporation of business and clinical workflow processes
- Assist with hiring, training, and management of full-time, contractor, and/or selected partner team(s)
- Contribute product knowledge, practical experience, and customer feedback to development process for new Radiology product features and functions
- Work closely with development and product management teams to ensure appropriate transfer of knowledge and incorporation of business and clinical workflows into new product solutions
- Assist with product Q/A as assigned
- Use industry best practices and standards in the development of OpenVista Training program for Radiology, including curriculum, content and collateral
- Develop proficiency standards for the creation of OpenVista Certification program
- Participate in OpenVista Customer Care operations as required for post-live clients
- Assist with development of support processes, policies and procedures, including escalation procedures for OpenVista Radiology
- Assist with hiring and training of full-time, centralized support team
- Assume additional responsibilities as mutually agreed upon to effectively and successfully accomplish OpenVista implementations and other assigned tasks / responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- 5 years experience in successful team participation and/or management
- Radiologic Technologist (RT) with experience in Radiology project implementation / management, documentation, training, and support
- Radiology Analyst / Radiology Information Systems Administrator with extensive system implementation experience will be considered
