Dana Deely - Director, Customer Care

Medsphere Customer Care Director Dana DeelyDana brings extensive technical support and customer care senior management leadership experience in the life sciences biotechnology industry to her responsibilities with Medsphere.

At Invitrogen Corporation, she led the North American Technical Support team to four consecutive years of Best Technical Support recognition from the Life Science Industry Awards. As director of technical support at Stratagene, a division of Agilent Technologies, she was responsible for worldwide technical support of both biological reagents and instruments. Earlier, Dana worked for Quidel Corporation in research and quality assurance roles covering rapid point-of-care diagnostic solutions focused on infectious diseases and reproductive health.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a medical technologist at a large metro-area hospital, St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas, Tex., as well as at  family practice clinics. She earned her bachelor of science in medical technology, MT-ASCP, from the University of North Texas.
