Richard K. Sullivan - Chief Government Officer / SVP Engineering
Richard K. Sullivan has more than 24 years experience in developing, implementing and supporting enterprise applications within the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, law enforcement, welfare/fraud and other industries. He has led and continues to lead teams in support of international, federal, state and local government and commercial clients. Prior to joining Medsphere, Rich worked for NEC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Misys and other firms in senior and executive leadership positions. He has a bachelor in applied sciences (BAS) degree in Political Science from San Diego State University and a master of science in information systems from the American University in Washington, DC.
