Why Should You Consider InsightCS?

InsightCS is the ONLY proven Digital Financial Record solution that dynamically captures, edits, and manages encounter-based patient care delivery data by converting it into actionable enterprise information.

"Built-In" Versus "Bolted On"
InsightCS encompasses key operational processes, via embedded functionality. More than a series of bolt-on applications, InsightCS is integral as opposed to integrated.  The system utilizes a leading-edge architecture that enables real-time information exchange with the EMR, much higher data integrity, and superior business information availability and reliability.

Adaptability and Flexibility
InsightCS has the flexibility necessary to support multiple healthcare service delivery models. It adapts as easily to specialized environments like behavioral health, as it does to complex environments like integrated delivery systems. The system efficiently compliments a variety of EMR and clinical information systems implemented in very diverse settings.

Dynamic Workflow
InsightCS features a workflow rules-driven approach that links revenue cycle responsibility to individual accountability.  The system’s dynamic worklists provide administrators with a flexible means to identify incorrect, missing, or incomplete data.  It is an effective quality control tool that accommodates a broad range of organizational business models across the registration, billing, and collections phases of the encounter life cycle.

Powerful Analytics
InsightCS goes beyond traditional add-on reporting and executive information systems that require complicated multi-source data extract and reconciliation.  Advanced database management capabilities, such as data cubes, incorporated directly into the system provides the means to aggregate and report on multiple levels of information instantaneously.

Lower Cost of Ownership
InsightCS provides substantial operational efficiency gains from exception-based workflow resulting in a need for fewer FTEs.  The intuitive presentation reduces the time needed to train staff.  Plus, the system's small technology footprint but can be easily scaled to support very large multi-site healthcare delivery environments.
