The product manager responsible for RCM analytics maintains and develops content for reports, dashboards, and scorecards within Medsphere’s revenue cycle management system. Tasked with creating the analytics strategy, the product manager is responsible for the lifecycle of reporting objects, as well as identifying the product’s defining features.
Medsphere clients use these analytics objects to gain perspective into the common revenue cycle stages of registration, billing, coding/medical records, collections, and bad debt processes. Periodically, the project manager reviews and addresses support tickets on a client’s behalf to resolve defects in reporting data or behavior.
Product management responsibilities include the formulation and maintenance of a quarterly analytics development plan, commonly referred to within Medsphere as a “sprint.” The product manager for RCM analytics serves on a committee of product managers and senior leadership that guides the overall direction of the product. Additionally, a multi-year product roadmap is projected based on information gathered from internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into easy-to-understand representations of data and concepts. Familiarity with and comfort working in remote environments are necessary.
