Somerset, New Jersey – February 18, 2014 – Wellsoft Corporation announces that North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) in Tupelo, Mississippi, has selected Wellsoft’s Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) to support its goal of improved patient care. NMMC, a 650-bed hospital, is a Level II and Secondary Pediatric Trauma Center that manages care for more than 85,000 Emergency Department (ED) patients each year. Wellsoft EDIS was chosen to improve ED efficiency and help meet Meaningful Use goals. Implementation is underway.
