CQM Tracker v11 by Medsphere Systems Corporation provides a user-friendly standalone tool that calculates and generates clinical quality measure data to support reporting to various federal programs. Review all certification criteria and clinical quality measures CQM Tracker meets.

EHI Export Documentation:

Electronic health information may be exported for any or all patients in the format of QRDA. When exporting a range or patients or patient visits, the resulting export will be a .zip file containing the individual records.

Costs:

There is a one-time license fee for the software. Services, implementation and training fees as well as recurring software support/maintenance fees may apply. The certified product has no other additional costs that are passed onto the client for the purposes of attestation and certification using this system.
